Press the Windows key + R
Now enter / type:
slui.exe 4
and hit enter
Select your 'Country' from the list.
After you have selected your country, click ‘Next’.

Choose the 'Activate Windows by phone’ option. Perform ‘Step 1’ and call the number listed.

Stay on the phone *** do not select/press any options *** and wait for a person to help you.
Explain your problem clearly to the support person.
Then provide the numbers in ‘Step 2’ when asked.
Step 3: Enter the confirmation ID the support person gives you, read the number back to the person as a verification check that the sequence of numbers you entered matched the numbers support provided you.
Then click the ‘Activate’ button.

You can check your activation status as follows:
Press the Windows key + R to open Run dialog.
Now enter / type: slui.exe
